About Us

Sicilian American Executive Chef, Alessandro Fiorello, has masterfully created a unique dining experience in the heart of Wayne, PA and the Main Line. Alessandro’s features his vision of a modern touch on traditional southern Italian cuisine, which is paired beautifully with a rustic industrial space. Our extensive wine selection, of over 20 Italian red and white wines, has been hand-selected to complement the flavors of the menu offerings, which have a strong focus on sourcing local & seasonal ingredients. We strive to serve each guest as if they were invited into our own homes. It is truly an experience not to be missed.

  • Lovely, cozy spot. Came in on my birthday for a diversion, close to closing time, but that wasn't a problem. The host and bartender provided a welcoming atmosphere. Very cozy place, from the exposed brick wall and ceiling beams and a nice wine list, it was a welcoming stop. It really was a pleasant surprise.

    My husband and I came for dinner. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. A very comfortable atmosphere also. We will 100% be back.

  • Dinner for 2 on a Sunday at 5pm and couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. From the hostess to the chef who visited the table, everybody was as accommodating as could be. Food is excellent. Ribeye, veal & crabmeat, Scallops special appetizer, and the artichokes were all great. Even a kind gesture for our special occasion. Great atmosphere and a great team. Thanks.

    Great atmosphere..casual..relaxed. Sat right down..even for a Saturday night. Started with calamari, perfect. Our entire party ordered something different and each raved on how good their dinners were. 4 bottles of wine and dessert.chocolate brownie topped with ice cream, cannoli and rice pudding. Portions were"spot" on. Staff was very friendly,even the owner came to tables to see how everything was. Highly recommend

    We do takeout from here often (always delicious), and we went in to sit at the bar this evening for a couple of drinks. They were fantastic, and the bartender was lovely. We also really enjoyed the ambiance - it's very open and bright, and you can see quite a bit of the neighborhood from the bar. We can't wait to go back and have dinner. I tried the bone-in veal chop most recently (for take-out), and it was outstanding.

    Absolutely amazing everything from the appetizers to desserts. You can tell the chefs really but thought into their menu & the pairing of ingredients. Loved the atmosphere nice & warm/cozy. The service was phenomenal. Kim was an amazing waitress, super sweet & bubbly. 30 mins from me & definitely coming back again!

    Recently visited for my husband's birthday. Chef A was kind and personable. Great vibe that welcomes you to relax and enjoy yourself. Calamari was amazing. The arugula salad with goat cheese was top notch. Our entrees were equally delicious. Great staff and atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

“My vision is to create an experience which is personalized to each guest, which captures the energy and culture of Philadelphia and Wayne, with the freshest and highest quality local ingredients. Our pizzas, whole fish, meats and fresh bread will be cooked in a wood fired oven.”

The oven, a Stefano Ferrara, was imported from Naples, Italy.

About Chef Alessandro

The son of Italian immigrants, he was veritably born into a family of chef/operators and raised in kitchens, cooking in restaurants at the ripe age of 12. Prior to taking over as Executive Chef in July 2019, he previously was Executive Chef at his father’s restaurant, Fiorello’s Café, in West Chester, PA.
